The concrete batching machine is a kind of equipment used for precise batching in concrete production.
Working Principle
According to the set concrete mix proportion, the control system controls the opening time and speed of the discharge doors of each batching bin, so that various aggregates (such as stones, sand, etc.) are accurately discharged onto the conveyor belt or the aggregate hopper in proportion to complete the batching process. The electronic weighing system monitors the weight of the materials in real time and feeds it back to the control system for precise adjustment.
