Can your equipment be customized?
Yes. All our machines can be customized according to the capacity, raw materials, and local conditions of your project. We also provide full technical design and layout support.
What raw materials are required for AAC production?
Main materials include fly ash or sand, cement, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder, and water. We can recommend suitable formulations based on your local material availability.
What payment terms do you accept?
We usually accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C (Letter of Credit) is also acceptable for large orders.
How long is the production lead time?
Standard delivery time is 45–90 days, depending on the equipment type and production schedule.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes. We provide on-site installation guidance, commissioning, and operator training by our professional engineers.
What kind of after-sales support do you offer?
We provide lifetime technical support, online consultation, and spare parts supply. Our engineers are available for overseas service when needed.
