An autoclave (also known as a steam curing autoclave or pressure steam autoclave) is a large pressure vessel widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure production processes in fields such as building materials, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, wood processing, and food processing. Our autoclaves strictly adhere to national pressure vessel standards (such as GB/T standards) and international standards (such as German AD standards and American ASME standards) to ensure safety and reliability.

I. Structural Design:

1. Vessel Body and Materials: Made of Q345R (16MnR) high-strength vessel-specific steel plate. Lid and flanges are integrally forged and CNC machined, undergoing heat treatment to eliminate internal stress. 100% X-ray non-destructive testing ensures safety.

2. Reactor Door System: Offers side-opening (rotating arm) and top-opening (counterweight) structures. Supports manual, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic operation with integrated safety interlocks.

3. Sealing and Insulation: Uses high-temperature resistant rubber sealing rings with self-tightening seal mechanism. Customized insulation thickness effectively reduces heat loss.
