A fixed concrete batching device consists of an aggregate batching system, conveying system, mixing system, electrical control system, water supply, air supply, additive supply, cement conveyor belt, and cement bin. These are suitable for both construction sites and commercial concrete products.
These devices are categorized into skip lifting types and belt conveyor types. Skip hoist capacities range from 25 to 75 m³/h, while belt conveyor capacities reach between 60 and 240 m³/h.
