What are the terms of payment?
Normally we work on T/T terms: 30% prepayment and 70% paid before delivery.

Usually, it takes 15-20 days after receiving the deposit.
What after-sales services do you provide?
We provide an 18-month warranty for main parts. Services include on-site installation, debugging, and worker training.
How to handle equipment technical problems?
You can email photos or call us describing the issue. On-site technician services are also available upon request.
