A ready mix concrete batching plant, also known as a batch plant, is specialized equipment that combines various ingredients to form concrete. These inputs include water, air, admixtures, sand, aggregate (rocks, gravel, etc.), fly ash, silica fume, slag, and cement. These plants feature various components like mixers (tilt drum or horizontal), cement batchers, aggregate batchers, conveyors, silos, and advanced control systems.
Stationary ready mix concrete batching plants are widely used for large and medium-sized construction work and infrastructure projects, such as commercial and residential properties, road construction, and commercial concrete supply. It is an ideal choice for the production of high-quality concrete with high demand volume.
Aggregates are discharged into the measuring hopper for precise weighing. After measurement, they are transported via flat and inclined belt conveyors to the storage warehouse above the mixer. Simultaneously, cement, fly ash, water, and admixtures are transported and weighed in their respective metering hoppers. Under the instruction of the control system, materials are sequentially fed into the mixer. Once mixing is complete, the discharge port opens to release the concrete into the transport truck, initiating the next cycle.
