Large Stationary Ready Mix Concrete Plant HZS50
HZS series is a new kind of compulsory volumetric concrete mixing equipment. It includes JS concrete mixer, PLD batching machine, cement silo, conveying system and control system, accumulative system, and weighing system. It features high efficiency mixing, with productivity ranging from 50m³/h to over 120m³/h as needed.
Its unique control room makes all operations highly automated, flexible, and stable. These plants are widely used in buildings, roads, bridges, docks, airports, and hydropower stations. The skip hoist type design occupies a small area, saving land resources while maintaining high productivity and easier maintenance.
Conveying Systems: Often uses belt conveyors or bucket elevators. Belt types offer large distance and high efficiency, while bucket lifting is ideal for narrow construction sites due to its small footprint and simple structure.
Mixer Host Features: High mixing quality with low noise, uniform performance, energy-saving design meeting environmental standards, and advanced imported electrical control components.
