This is a set of intelligent and environmentally friendly tile adhesive production line equipment with an annual output of 100,000 to 300,000 tons, mainly used for the production of tile adhesives and other building materials.

Equipment Display

By adjusting the proportion of raw materials, various specifications of tile adhesive products can be produced to meet the different demands of customers in the market. Tile adhesive is a polymer-modified cement-based tile adhesive, which is divided into varieties such as No. 1 (standard type), No. 2 (enhanced type), and No. 3.

Depending on the selected model, 10 to 30 tons of products can be produced per hour. The main building of the production line adopts a tower structure. The powder silo is installed on the top of the main building, and the admixture system is conveyed by an independent platform metering pump.
