CBO series PSA oxygen generator is an automatic equipment which separates oxygen from air. It operates on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) using molecular sieves. The system employs two absorption towers: while one produces oxygen, the other desorbs nitrogen. The entire process is cyclic and managed by a Siemens PLC for stability and efficiency.
1. Advancement: Raw material is air; oxygen is produced on-site. Advanced PLC touch screen control for fully automatic, unmanned management.
2. Economical: Low operational cost through physical principles. Environmentally friendly with air as the only feedstock.
3. Safety: Physical PSA technology works at normal temperatures and low pressure, eliminating transportation risks.
