A concrete mixing plant is a combined device used for mixing concrete in a centralized manner, also known as a concrete prefabrication site. Due to its high degree of mechanization and automation, its productivity is high, ensuring concrete quality and saving cement. It is ideal for large and medium-sized water conservancy, power, bridge, and other projects with concentrated construction sites.
The HZS series is a new kind of compulsory volumetric concrete mixing equipment. It includes JS concrete mixer, PLD matching machine, cement silo, conveying system, control system, accumulative system, and weighing system. It offers efficient mixing with high productivity options ranging from 50m³/h to 150m³/h or higher as required.
The system consists of five major parts: a mixing host, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system, and control system. It uses cement as a binder to mix raw materials like sand, gravel, lime, and coal slag.
