Proper blending of construction materials is key to ensuring product quality and consistency. We provide various dry bulk mixing and blending equipment, including single-shaft and double-shaft mixers. These industrial horizontal mixers offer full customization to match specific production requirements, enabling precise adjustments for diverse blending needs.
With over 1,400 customized production lines delivered, we possess extensive expertise in mortar, gypsum-based materials, and putty solutions. Our facility covers more than 30,000 square meters and is fully equipped for in-house manufacturing, ensuring quality control at every stage.
The metering system of the production line works in coordination with the metering screw to introduce raw materials from the silo. Through data feedback from sensors, precise metering is achieved. Materials are lifted to the mixing bin via a bucket elevator, featuring a pneumatic large door type for quick discharge into the gravity-free mixer.
Our core team has been engaged in the research and development of mortar equipment since 2008. We focus on technical services, professional design, and non-standard customized manufacturing. The company employs over 220 staff, including 120+ professional personnel with advanced degrees, operating within a fully automated production workshop.
